I have taught at Good Shepherd in either MDO, or Preschool, since 2003. I hold a certificate in Early Childhood Education, and I am currently enrolled at Kingwood College earning my Elementary Education. Degree.

I am a single Mom with an amazing 10-year-old son, named Billy.  I am originally from Maine, and have found a new love for the south, as  I have lived here in Texas since 1997!   have 2 cuddly kitties, one 16 pounder named Chloe, and a tuxedo cutie named Jack. I also have the world's most needy pooch named  Sammy, a black Cocker Spaniel.

My favorite colors are all shades of blue, and pink, and my favorite way  to see them is in a beautiful sunset, viewed from my driveway, while I'm  holding Sammy in my lap!  I am a kid at heart, and I love to play Lego video games with Billy, (Lego Star Wars rocks...I'm always Chewbacca!), and walking in the  woods, or along the shore having a quiet conversation with Billy is tops      on my list as well. I love Sci-Fi movies, and books, and I am not afraid to admit I am a  "Trekkie" at heart! I love to end each day reading in my bed and my most favorite books are.. all seven of the Harry Potter, & all four of the Twilight series  books!  I also enjoy crafts, cooking, and learning!
